Muldoon Britton has been instructed by a US based company.  It entered into an agreement with a Jordanian company based in Jordan, Luxemburg and the UK.  The dispute was for $1.1 million.  Following a successful application for arbitration in line with the Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, Muldoon Britton is now instructed to seek to enforce the arbitration award in England and Luxemburg.
