No Win - No Fee
Conditional Fee Agreement
In some cases, for civil litigation matters, we offer full no win – no fee terms in the event that we consider that your claim has good prospects of success.
A CFA is an agreement between you and us under which you agree to pay our fees only if you win.
What are the advantages of a CFA?
There are three main advantages:
- Improved cash flow.
- Improved certainty on costs.
- We share the risk with you.
Will barristers work on a CFA?
The answer will depend in each case on the particular barrister. No set of barristers with whom we work regularly has a policy preventing their barristers from working on a CFA.
